Community Birth Services runs free antenatal classes in Palmerston North facilitated by trained childbirth educators. These are relaxed and informal sessions to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. Partners, family or friends who are going to be with you during labour are welcomed. You can choose from evening courses run over five weeks, or weekend courses which we hold approximately every six weeks. Weekend Courses 2011 January 22nd and 23rd March 19th and 20th May 14th and 15th July 9th and 10th Evening Courses 2010 Tuesdays: October 12 - November 9, November 16 - December 14. Wednesdays: October 13 - November 10, November 17 - December 15. Thursdays: October 14 - November 11, November 18 - December 16. Evening Courses 2011 Tuesdays: February 1 - March 1, March 8 - April 5. Wednesdays: February 2 - March 2, March 9 - April 6. Thursdays: February 3 - March 3, March 10 - April 7 Evening courses are from 6.30pm - 8.30pm. Weekend courses are from 10am - 4pm. |
