- Lactation Services at Palmerston North Hospital business hours Mondays to Fridays. Ring 06 356 9169 and ask them to page the LC. No fee, but you might have to wait for an appointment.
- La Leche League breastfeeding support group offers phone help and support in person if the volunteer is available. You can call Natasha on 027 3800 115 or look at their website for other numbers: http://www.lalecheleague.org.nz/palmerston-north . No fee is charged, but donations are always welcome.
